Innocent Sorrow by Abingdon Boys School

Sa sobrang astig ng video na to, ililista ko nalang mga naisip ko habang pinapanood ko to mga 12AM:
1. Anong ginagawa nito? Ano daw? Nagrarap ka ba kuya???
2. SHET ANG HOT. Dat wind effect.
3. Talo ng talentadong vocalist ang pogi
4. Kinikilabutan ako, pucha.
5. SHET DAPAT ANDUN AKO SA CONCERT NA YAN!
6. Feel na feel ni kuya yung kanta! Gosh.
7. Ganito gusto kong concert, walang nakaharang na smartphone, tablet, digicam sa mukha mo.
8.GANITO GUSTO KONG CROWD! WILD.
9. Ay teka...hot din ng ibang members!
10.OMGOMGOMG kinikilig na talaga ako.
11. Google search ang banda: bakit ganun itsura nung vocalist sa mga pics? Di ganun ka yummeh?
12. DOESN'T MATTER. THAT AMAZING, SUPER SEXY SUPER HOT VOICE.
13. HYDE ISHDATCHU namiss ko bigla L' Arc en Ciel.
14. Live ba talaga to? IMBA sila!
15. Bat ngayon lang kami nagkatagpo?
16. Kilala ko pala siya dati sa TM Revolution. Kaya pala looks family ang kuya mo.
17. REPLAYREPLAYREPLAYREPLAYREPLAY

You'll understand why he sang the song this way or why it's so much FEELS everywhere.

Kasaneaeta shunkan no   tsunagaru omoi   tokashite
Pain flows through the wounds of my broken heart, in the dark
The feelings connect to the moment that we were together, dissolve.
Samenai netsu ni unasarete   saigo no koe mo kikoenaiHaving a nightmare with an unawakened passion, I can't hear the voice that comes in the end

Oh...Sotto   kazasu te no hira ni furete misete   Never...   Until the end
Don't cry, when I held you so much that you might break, you shivered. oh...Touch me softly with your raised palms, show me, never...until the end

Koboreochiru suna no you ni   hakanai negai o   Close to the light
Tojita kimi no omokage ni   karenai namida   nijinde

Like falling sand, my fleeting wishes are close to the light
My undrying tears are imbued with vestiges of you, closed away
Hodoita yubi no sukima kara   inori ga fukaku tsukisasaruPrayers pierce deeply through the crevices between my outstretched fingers

Motto   tsuyoku te no hira ni furete misete   Ever and never end
Tokihanatsu   So far away

How many times did you save me from endless pain and sadness? Oh...
Touch me firmly with your palms, show me, ever and never end

You drift so far away

Kizamu inochi no tsubasa de   umarekawaru toki o   machikogarete

With wings of engraving life, I long for the day that I'll be reborn

Don't cry   kowaresou na hodo dakishimetara   kimi ga furuete ita
Oh...Sotto   kazasu te no hira ni furete misete

Don't cry, when I held you so much that you might break, you shivered, oh...Touch me softly with your raised palms, show me

Kitto   sagashite ita n da iroasenai   kimi to iu na no kiseki o
Motto   tsuyoku te no hira de boku ni furete   Ever and never end

Surely, I searched for an unfaded miracle named "you"
Touch me with firmly with your palms; Ever and never end

O diba ang deep? hehehe

Beauty Haul: November Favorites

Aside from a good smile, positive attitude and... ehem... love (CHOSSS), here are some of my beauty faves for November to give you that "blooming glow."
 My current beauty regimen (L-R):

1. Rapid Clear, Neutrogena - I had a bad case of acne in Sydney. I think it was the super hot mornings and afternoons followed by chilly evenings. Needless to say, my skin got confused and dried up from the heat and cold. Did you know that skin is actually dry on the inside when it's oily? Our oil glands produce extra oil to balance the dryness leaving some of us with unwanted acne. This product stings a bit, reduces oil and works fast.

2. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Rejuvenating Facial Serum - is the bomb!!! It may be a bit sticky on my face but I can assure you that it made my skin extra soft after 2 nights! I loooove this product so much that it's gonna be a staple in my beauty regimen. Read more reviews online to find out how amazing this is.

3. Garnier Ultra Lift - This product isn't anything special. I like the packaging though. I don't have wrinkles around my eyes but it did lighten my eyebags.

4. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Night Renewal Cream - This night cream is so velvety and luxurious on the skin. The scent can be off putting at first since it smells like cocoa powder, but I think this works well with the Rejuvenating Facial Serum so I use this every other night.

5. Lucas' Papaw Ointment - I think this is only available in Australia and some online stores but I have to tell you, this should be in EVERY household. This is like the magic ointment for EVERYTHING. I even used it on my dry face/acne and poof! They were almost gone the next day!!! Honestly! It's like straight from a Harry Potter novel or something! I will always keep this with me forever! hahaha!

6. Nivea Pure and Natural Body Lotion - smells so goood! I apply this after taking a shower and before I go to sleep. The smell makes me feel so girly and oddly enough, put together. Also, my skin feels silky.

7. Vaseline Sunscreen - For the beach. Again, it could have been any kind of sunblock but this one doesn't feel greasy on the skin and the scent is very feminine unlike the usual, plastic-like smell of other sunblocks.

L'Occitane for my hands and body.
 Great combo. Great price.
Cute mirror with a crystal ribbon reminds me of Sailormoon.
I know this is quite late but I just want to thank my beautiful Tita Mariam, TitoNorman, Kenny and Chris for these lovely lovely presents. My Tita Aga and her family didn't forget to give me presents even though they're going through so much. You have the kindest heart, Tita Aga and I pray for you and your family. I love you and God bless you!

I am crazy about this eye contour kit! It's now a staple in my handbags. I love how I can take it anywhere with me esp when I travel. I use it when I'm in a hurry or I need a retouch. Thank you so much, Mishi for this wonderful gift!

And of course, gotta love milk baths, scrubs and shower gels (L-R): St. Ives Apricot Scrub, Johnson's Baby Milk Bath, Marks & Spencer China Blue, Marks & Spencer Red Velvet shower gel, Anna Sui Dolly Girl Ooh La Love, Avon Naturals shower gel in shea and apricot, The Body Shop Mango Shower Gel
Amazing, artisanal gifts from Mark’s gorgeous, glam sisters! Acqua dell’Elba Classic EDT, with a mandarin, lemon, rosemary, marine and mediterranean shrub finish from the Island of Elba on the Mediterranean; Santa Maria Novella di Farmacia’s citrus-rich EDT, fresh from Florence, Italy; A spiffy Benefit make-up kit perfect for travelling and some choice accessories and jewellery!

Mark's sister, Carissa, took these photos in Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella in Florence, Italy
The Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Nuova' or 'Pharmacy of Santa Maria Novella' is located in via della Scala in Firenze, at part of the convent of Santa Maria Novella.

Established by Dominican friars in 1221, the Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella is one of the oldest pharmacies in the world. The monks began to cultivate the herbs that they need to prepare medications, balms and creams for the monastery's little infirmary. And ointments including a rosewater disinfectant thought to protect against the plague.
The pharmacy was officially born in 1612, on the suggestion by the grand duke Fernando I . And a century later their herbal secrets had become internationally renowned. The pharmacy room is furnished with shelves in the neo-Gothic style. The frescoes on the walls by Paolino Sarti celebrate the splendor of pharmacies in the world.Today, traditions are being carried out with unaltered success - many of the items are still made from slightly modified 14th -16th century recipes. The production is limited and is meticulously controlled and only the highest quality natural ingredients are used.

Their products include: Essences, Pomades, Spirits, Balms, Liqueurs, and other preparations
So did my new skin regimen work? I guess so. This is an unedited, unfiltered pic from my laptop. The only editing that happened here were the cropping and blog name. That's it. So ayan, mukhang tinalbugan ako ng kasama ko. Aminado naman ako na mas maganda siya sakin... hehehe ^__^

I still think the best beauty secret is a positive attitude though. Happy thoughts, happy soul equals blooming aura. Oha.

Until my next Beauty Haul!

I highly recommend most of the products here. If you want to know more about them, don't hesitate to ask me here: Millie's Ask.FM

Summer Love

After a bruising morning, wearing black, we emerge, clothed in color, flowers and sunlight to celebrate a life; one that loved to wine and dine, in style and by the water. So we did just that.
Sydney, nestled around the shores of a deep harbour, offers a stunning backdrop, especially, at Ormeggio, where we were surrounded on both sides by water and yachts.
We embarked on the four course degustation contemporary Italian lunch, with matching wine and drinks. Homemade sourdough and butter; the smoothest ling fish baccala with dutch cream potatoes; agnolotti stuffed with veal in a rich and mellow onion consomm√© and charcoal Wagyu beef with black garlic all featured local produce, with Italian inflections. The dessert, a carrot, fennel seed ice cream with vinegar caramel provided a unique flavour twist. When it comes to food, Sydney, is a city that is intelligent and soulful; it’s not just a pretty face.
We were lucky to be visited by Mark’s Brother-in-law’s nephew, Flynn, a gorgeous little baby, with eyes as wide and as bright as his smile.

After dessert, we stepped aboard Mark's relative's soon-to-be boat, which buoyed us up and down on the glistening harbour.
Burgundy suit by Roger David, Zara T-shirt, Aldo boots
People Are People dress, shoes from Rustan's, Casio gold watch, Ray Ban wayfarer
So the sun shone on us as we imbibed our wine and gin cocktails, stories of past and present, smiles and laughs; the six of us together, three couples that, despite coming from different generations, all shared in the warmth of being a single family. It was welcoming, joyous, poignant and charming. It echoed the past - bringing to life the images and hopes we’ve had. And it whispered the future. It was our life, leisurely, relaxed and in the sun.

Kyoto Photo Diary Part 1, February 2013

The old capital and former seat of the Imperial Palace; Kyoto is the heart of traditional Japan. From Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji Temple and the Geisha-strewn streets of Gion in the old Quarter, Kyoto is filled with ancient relics and traditions that pre-date the Tokugawa Period. So don your kimono and step into the Japan of old.
Citadines is managed by The Ascott. We chose this hotel because we have been Ascott patrons since 2007. With Ascott, we know that we're in good hands every time we travel. Also, the Citadines is a 10 minute walk away from Gion and 2 minutes away from the train station. Talk about strategic location.
Two of the best restaurants in town were right beside our hotel!

Authentic Japanese food is actually really oily.
 Gion at night.
A tea house right out of the pages of Memoirs of A Geisha.

Kinkakuji Temple is covered in gold leaf. I asked Mark as to why monks would have a whole temple covered in gold. Mark answered me by asking why the Vatican has a lot of gold. Apparently, gold was used to purify any negative thoughts, but I think I would rather pray in a quiet little corner, somewhere nice and peaceful rather than inside a gold box. Anyway, the structure is still magnificent when you see it up close and the gardens are beautiful, so there.

Mark and I just disembarked from our taxi and look what we saw, a real-life geisha in her element with a business client in Gion-the place where Memoirs of a Geisha was set in the book!!! I was too busy taking pictures of the old tea houses that I didn't see her pass by so Mark quietly called my attention and when I saw the geisha, I got too excited that I turned on my flash and took this photo.

Needless to say, she got annoyed and gave me the stare. I must say, geishas are like unicorns in Kyoto. They're so mysterious and beautiful! We were so lucky to snap a photo of her while working!
-----

I will be uploading another Kyoto Photo Diary soon.
I know it's been several months since we went to Japan.
I'll try to upload more photos in the future.
For now, I hope you enjoyed this little time travel.
